Rotisserie chicken with flavor-driven soul is the inspiration behind Wild & Free. On a mission to elevate the fast casual dining experience above something that just, “tastes like chicken,” Wild & Free has cooked up the perfect Smokey BBQ, Wild, Savory and Original flavors.

Wild & Free’s four bold flavors include the Smokey profile, modeled after the savory, sweet flavors of the best barbeque, perfect companion for plates, bowls, and salads. The Wild spicy chicken is inspired by mezcal tastings in Oaxaca, and infused with the region’s traditional spices. Savory adds a note of herbaceous flavors to the menu, with light and fresh notes including lemon, rosemary, parsley, sage and garlic. The Wild & Free Original highlights the classic and simple crave-worthy flavors of traditional rotisserie known to most with black pepper, salt, onion and garlic.

 

Each chicken portion is accented with farm-fresh side dishes, like Japanese Sweet Potato with miso butter and Baby Carrots with chipotle honey. All Wild & Free’s dishes are curated with an aura of healthfulness and served beautifully. The sweetest desserts abound, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options always available.
